Professional development is a continuum of learning and activities designed to prepare individuals to work with and on behalf of young children and their families, as well as ongoing experiences to enhance this work. These opportunities lead to improvements in the knowledge, skills, practices, and dispositions of early childhood professionals.
ORAEYC actively updates our professional development calendar with current trainings, conferences, and networking opportunities from across the state.
Our calendar is currently under construction- check back for updates!
ORAEYC's conferences bring together early childhood educators--teachers, program administrators, students, researchers and teacher educators -- to explore the latest research and learn from one another.
Due to COVID-19 face-to-face training is temporarily suspended. Our Spring Conference will be held virtually.
ORAEYC offers a variety of learning opportunities designed for early childhood professionals. Choose from: face-to-face training, technology-based training, and annual conferences and symposiums.
