Virtual Community of Practice

ORAEYC will be hosting two different communities of practices starting in early 2021. These events will be open to anyone who is interested in this relationship-based learning experience focused on equity and social justice. 

BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) Community of Practice 

This community of practice will focus on Don’t Look Away: Embracing Anti-bias Classrooms to close the opportunity gap for children from marginalized communities.

White Ally Community of Practice

This community of practice will focus on the White Ally Toolkit to build skills among White early educators to combat racism.
